At the roundabout take the 4th Exit onto Sidmouth Road/A376

At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Exmouth Road/A376

At the roundabout by St George and the Dragon Pub take the 1st exit and stay on the Exmouth Road/A376.

As you go past the village sign for Lympstone (LHS) the property is located a short distance on the right-hand side set back from the road up a long driveway. The turning for the driveway is just before the first white house on the RHS. If you reach the traffic lights at The Saddlers Pub you have just missed us! You will see our house sign at the bottom of the drive – we are right at the top – please come up and park.

The Old Dairy B&B is situated on the A376 between Exeter and Exmouth.

On arrival you will be given a key to your room and a key to the front door allowing you to come and go as you please.

We have ample off-street parking at the property for all guests – no need to reserve in advance.
